Bad communication and Delays in Repairs

They don't even deserve a one star Rating. My car has been sitting with them for over 3 weeks still waiting on car parts. The communication is wack, they can't even tell you why there is such a delay. Do not take your car here.... I don't understand why insurances still insist on using them. Ans when you call the so called person handling your case(Isaac) he is always in meetings. You have to dig to get communication.
