Awaiting progress on my car

Good day,

I am following up regarding my vehicle, which I dropped off for repairs on 21 September. Today is 30 September, and I have still not received any update, despite being advised that I would be kept informed of the progress. I sincerely hope that my vehicle has been attended to and that the repairs are progressing as expected. I would, however, appreciate an update on the current status of the repairs and an indication of when I can expect my vehicle to be ready for collection. The damage to the vehicle is relatively minor, so I am concerned about the lack of communication and the turnaround time. I understand that quality workmanship is important, and I certainly expect the repairs to be completed properly, but I also expect reasonable turnaround times and regular communication throughout the process. As for Sibusiso, who was assigned as the person who will keep me updated , I have unfortunately not received the updates I was promised from him. At this point, I would appreciate assistance please provide me with a clear and reliable update on my vehicle. Please could you urgently confirm the current status of the repairs, what work has been completed, and the expected completion/collection date. I look forward to receiving a proper update.
