AVOID Renew IT Rivonia
One year later and the two jobs are not complete. Responses from Nikita is that the supplier is a problem and shes following up ..... for 12 months? There are plenty suppliers that can supplier the particular parts I need, I have given them a quote as Renew IT Rivonia have already been paid by my insurance company. I have been in contact with their head office recently but nothing has changed as yet.

They can go to another supplier? I have sent them a quotation from a reputable supplier. I can get the job completed next week through multiple different suppliers however Renew It have been paid by my insurance company already to complete the jobs. Nikita and Americo at the Rivionia branch are simply not able to resolve this. Contact details for a more senior member of staff would be appreciated - better still just finish the job.
