Appealing experience

Absolutely appealing service. From the first time the car went in, it was just a horrible experience dealing with this company. The customer service is shocking and they just keep your car for an extended period for no reason. Once getting the car back, they somehow managed to put the bonnet on incorrectly (I honestly don't know how that happens as it seems like a very basic task). Having to deal with them again to get this sorted, was just a nightmare. I do not recommend them at all.
