Another Broken Promise and Still No Communication

I was informed by Renew-It Rivonia that the outstanding parts for my vehicle were expected to arrive on Friday, 18 September, and that I would be updated once the parts had arrived or been dispatched. Friday came and went without any update. I sent a follow-up email on Monday to the person handling my case, but my email was neither acknowledged nor answered. I also tried calling Renew-It Rivonia, but my calls were not going through. Once again, I have been left without any communication whatsoever. How many more 21-day waiting periods must I endure before my vehicle is finally repaired? Every promised date seems to pass without progress, an explanation or the courtesy of an update. Meanwhile, I am still paying for a vehicle that I cannot use. The lack of communication and accountability from Renew-It Rivonia is completely unacceptable. I should not have to keep chasing them for basic information about my own vehicle. I urgently need confirmation of whether the parts have arrived, the current repair status and a firm completion date—not another vague promise followed by silence.
