Americo Gouveia is doing serious harm to Renew-it Rivonia’s reputation.

All I can say is that Americo Gouveia is a major disappointment and definitely no good for the Renew-it group name.

My car has been with Renew-it Rivonia since 3 March 2022. It is now 2 June 2022. After many emails, phone calls etc. my car is still not done.

Although Harriet has been amazing throughout the process, she got to a point where she had to escalate the issue to Americo Gouveia. She has asked him to contact me asap. It took him a week to respond, only after Discovery Insure laid a complaint at the Renew-it head office.

Although Harriet confirmed to me as well as Discovery Insure, that a Courtesy car will become available on 1st of June, and also confirmed that I have been on the waiting list for many weeks, Americo Gouveia dismissed the request from Harriet, Discovery Insure, Renew-it head office and myself.

Not ones had he offered a resolution to the problem. The best he could do was to pass the problem back to me(the paying customer), to sort out.

I have spent many days, hours, nights. Going backwards and forward between Discovery Insure and Renew-it Rivonia to try and get answers.

I have reached a dead end again!!!!!

What an absolute shame to have people like this on your team.
