Additional Damage to Vehicle while doing repairs
While doing a Discovery INsurance Authorised repair on 9 October 2017 on our brand new Renault Sandero Stepway, Renew-IT Rivonia did additional damage by cutting a hole in the drivers seat (Looks like a Stanley Knife type of cut) and damaged the Boot edging Rubber seal. There have been multiple promises to order the parts and fix this damage, but 6 weeks later and just being given the run around.
