ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY
If there were negative stars I'd use those.
This company is pathetic in every sense. The service which they claim to prioritize is absolutely shocking. You don't get updated, and the information given is incorrect. My car was said to be completed 6 times, SIX TIMES!! I had to send it back each time. The workmanship is very poor and my car came back with damage that was not there before.
So if you are wanting to cause more damage to your car and cause yourself lots of unnecessary stress, choose Renew-it. You will deeply regret it. Discovery told me that they were the VW approved autobody, if they tell you that, you need to fight for a different autobody. Read reviews and make a proper decision.
My accident took place almost 4 months ago and I am STILL having things rectified.
DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Or any company associated with them, they will just cause stress and disapoint you!

I feel sorry for the people like yourself that are actually doing your job properly. But you should probably find another job where your reputation isn't being destroyed.
