4 months waiting for my car
My car was taken to renew it since November 2023 and it is now 21st of February and they keep saying they are waiting for parts? They first told me parts will be received in January due to the festive season, and then now they keep changing dates every month, I was even scared to complain because my car is with them.
How are they still in business if it takes 4 months to fix a polo? Wow , i believe they do get parts but have a way on who they prioritise because there is no way this makes sense
