2nd horrible experience in a row

Honestly I don't learn. Yet again I am honestly beyond disappointed with the services I received from Renew it. my first experience with them was horrible, after fighting with them on many phone calls so I can get a progress report of my car when I finally my car comes back then they swapped my car parts with old parts from a car that was in a accident thinking I wouldn't notice. I thought things would have been better time around but its even worse I ws advised my car would be ready for collection today and I haven't heard anything from them since the 24th of this month. I've been calling them countless times since Monday and I haven't heard anything from them. They keeping say they will call me back of which they don't its Wednesday and I am still waiting for them to cal me back. every time I call the person handling my account doesn't pick up. I am honestly disappointed again Sanrose Auto body is honestly a better choice. This was the last time EVER!!! I use this company for anything. We can't spend so much money and them they treat us like they don't care. Honestly wouldn't advise Renew-it to anyone. Most **** service ever.
