0/10. Would not recommend! I don't know how they vw approved

The WORST service ever!! I was in an accident in June 2025 and I have taken my car back more than 4 times due to their incompetence!! Paint has peeled everytime, they damage your car, break parts in your car, they paint your car the WRONG colour, they eat their lunch in your car and leave it a mess!! Their workshop is pathetic. You should see their quotes on their walls in the admin offices! A complete joke, pathetic service. If you want your car to decrease in value, then take it there! When you call vw to complain about their service and ask how renew it rivonia is an authorised company to work on vw cars they tell me I need to take it up with renew it management! They themselves don't care about customer service.
