WOW WOW WOW!!! What an experience

WOW WOW WOW!!! What an experience. Since the car was assigned to Jacqui at Re-newit Randburg my anxiety levels dropped. She kept me posted every step of the way. From her receiving the car, to the parts the painting the testing,,, JUST EVERYTHING. She’ll even contacted me just to reassure me that all is still ok. Like in her words she’ll make sure that my most priced possession is being taken care of. So what a surprise when she called yesterday to ask if I’m ready to pick up the car. What a wow moment. I went there today to pick up the car. She was still busy with another client but assigned someone to assist me. Still a great experience. When done with her client, she came over to greet. It was as if you knew each other for ever! Thank you Jacqui for turning such a horrific experience into something beautiful!! I truly appreciate!!!!!
