Worst servoce experience at Renew IT randburg

Dealing with Nolo and Sibastian from Renew It has been the most stressful experience ever.

From being promised to have my car by 9 April. I had tk follow up each and every day as Nolo did not return calls or call me to keep me updated om progress. Each day I was told I would have my car back the next day, which led to me taking my rental back prematurely.

A week and a bit later. 16 April i was finally promised my car would be done the next day. I asked them to deliver the vehicle at 3:30. 2pm i have not received a call or my yet. It is now 6 pm on the 17th of April and I still do not have my vehicle. Amd had to place numerous calls with no resolution Advocating for discovery to change their approved repair providers. I will never advise anyone to deal with Renew It ever again
