WORST SERVICE - NO CAR AFTER 9 WEEKS AND COUNTING

Absolute worst service I have ever come by. It has been 9 weeks and my car is still not fully functional! Such a minor incident shouldn't take this disgustingly long to complete. NEVER GO THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BACK.

I have escalated this multiple times. So has my insurance company. I don't think your service will improve over night. I suggest getting a complete change of staff.
