Worst service

This is truly the pits of all repair centres. Even the receptionist Nadia refuses to put calls to the manager and still puts them back to the consultant. When you want the consultant, nadia says she is busy with the client. On the 23rd of december they said my car will be ready on sat the 18th. I call today the 17th to find out, only to be told that there is no way it will be ready tomorrow. And whoever that responds with a scripted "give us details to investigate" ask nadia and jaqui they have all the details.
