Workmanship issues, but saved by passionate service staff (Lana Adams)

<p>My vehicle was booked in to Renew It for minor non structural repairs. The booking in process was acceptable.</p> <p>I was highly impressed with the online tracking system and the sms updates giving the progress of repairs. Also, i thought that i had peace of mind as this repairer is Mercedes Benz and many other manufacturer approved. Their motto of 'at your service" also gave me additional comfort.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fast forward to a week later, i was informed that my vehicle was ready for collection. I was devastated at the poor workmanship and glaringly visible defects that my untrained eye could pick up and was dissapointed that such a reputable panelbeater could deliver to a client such work, which contradicted the website assurances and processes totally.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nevertheless, at this point, the service advisor, a Ms Lana Adams, who had just been assigned to assist me, calmed me by assuring that she will prioritise my vehicle and resolve all issues. She immediately called the workshop foreman, asked him to come to the front to inspect and gave me assurance that all would be sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lana kept in contact with me giving me updates, arranging for a drop off and pick up on the day my vehicle had to go in again for minor touch ups and the work was carried out properly within a matter of a few days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must give a thumbs up as well to the professional and courteous behaviour of the reception staff and the drivers. they certainly carry the name of Renew It well. </p> <p> </p> <p>The end result in terms of workmanship was acceptable and thank you the staff that carry out the work. However, this should be the first time delivered quality.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Lana Adams for the passion and commitment that you show towards the customer.
