I would like to give a huge compliment to a wonderful experience to this wonderful team at the Renew-It group Randburg. Lana, Jacqui and Jo Jo...these people where awesome and the best at their follow-ups and overall experience. Lana always friendly and calling with a smile. A person that is diligent with calling back when you leave a message. Much appreciated. Then Jacqui, what a joy and precious person to have in your organisation. There was not one phone call whereby she was not sure of her feedback, she kept following-up and giving me the best customer experience ever! She is friendly, warm and when I collected my vehicle she stayed well past her go home time! That was just awesome!!! Jo Jo is precious and kept making sure that everything was fine with my vehicle. He made sure we understood what was done and made sure when he gave me my vehicle that all was fine and that we were happy! My 1st experience with these people and I am a very happy customer!
