What a joke this place is

We took my wife's car in last week for minor structure repair. We were told the car would be ready today. I have been phoning the whole day to get updates. You leave messages but nobody phones back. So after trying the whole day I finally get hold of someone and he told me the car will only be ready on Tuesday.<br> <br> What is worse is their attitude towards me. I will be reporting this to SAMBRA and our insurance company as well as this is horrible service
