very bad service from ReNew It Randburg

On 21ST November 2023 after an accident, my car was towed to this garage for repairs. What a nightmare dealing with this place, after giving me a quote and me paying 70% deposit for them to replace my tyres and rims they found something else wrong with my car. I then received a new quote from Ruvann, and I was told to email it to my Insurance provider - MiWay. I emailed the quote as instructed and waited and waited. Everytime I called them they had a different story to tell me. Gabrielle Naidoo, who was in charge of fixing my car, was very unhelpful. He kept telling me that they are waiting on the Assessors from MiWay to give the go ahead to start working on the car, while MiWay would tell me that they are still waiting for the quote. A lady called Jackie called me a few times from ReNew It and she was helpful, always trying to tell me how far the repairs are or what was going on. when I finally got my car back, after many fights and tears, the rims on the car are full of scratches, and are not mine, and a pair of sandals which I had left in the car when it was towed away has been ******, which I reported to Jacky when their driver brought the car to me. I had even taken photos of the rims to show her, and to this date 28 December 2023, I have heard nothing more from her or from the garage, regarding my complaint. This is the new SA where we are just expected to accept such BAD SERVICE ALL THE TIME!!!!

People, stay away from the ReNew IT garage in Randburg!!!! Amanda L.
