Unprofessional and unreliable

I would just like to bring the following to your attention and I will also bring it to the attention of my insurance provider. My Renault was brought into your panelbeaters on the 21st of August, I waited out the process and was told that I can collect my car on the 5th of September. On the 5th of September you guys picked up a new problem that had to be esculated back to the insurance and I had to open a new claim with my insurance. Then I hat to wait another 9 days for my car to be delivered. On the 14th of September my car was delivered at my home and straight away I relished that all 4 of my mags center caps was never replaced and has dissapeured. I straight away took pictures and communicated at that very moment with Sophia via whatsapp that the Centre caps are missing. I was then told that she will find out about it and then a couple days later I was told that she has to order new caps.Its now the 27th of September and still I haven't receive my Centre caps. I seriously think that for such a big company the service is pathetic and I want my Centre caps of my mags replaces by today before close of business.

And I will be lodging a complained at my insurance and on social network as they spend close to 70K to get my car fixed by your branch.
