Unkept delivery promise

<p>On the 5th of May I took my car to Renewit Randburg for repairs from that date I have been getting regular feedback via sms on the status of the repair. On 01 June I received an sms stating that shortly my car would be ready for collection soon and on 2nd June I received a call from customer services asking if I am happy with the repairs to my car and I informed that according to my knowledge my cars is still i nthe shop they said they would the branch to call me. On the 3rd, after having not recived a call from the branch, I called to find out what was going on a gentlemen by the name of Brian promised to find out the status and get back to me. I then called back the next day, 03 June, after Brian not getting back to me and he again promised to find out and call back. In the afternoon I decided to escalate the matter and I was put through to a gentlement named Akim, he said he would find out and get back to me after three hours I called back and he apologised saying the car is in polishing and they working to have the car ready by the end of the day. Today is Monday 06 June and I phoned Akim again at 09:00 to find out what is going on he said he will go to the workshop to check status, I phoned again at 12 and he apologised again stating that the car was in washing now it is in polishing and he will phone me shortly for stauts. It is now 15:30 and still no call.</p> <p> </p> <p> The customer service people say the car has been delivered and customer liaisons says its at polishing, its been 5 days, and I still dont know what is happening.</p>
