Unhappy - car needs to be painted properly again as the paint is peeling off

Hi,

I took my car for fixing, after an accident a year ago. Since the 18th of March I have been trying to get my car repainted, but cannot take it in without a courtesy car, as it is their fault that the car needs a new paint. The insurance cannot take responsibility with this. I have been following up since the first time I reported this, but I am not getting a booking (because they apparently have a long list of clients who also need courtesy cars)...
