To start writing a review about Renew-it Randburg PRESS SEND I was assisted my Mary-Jane. I recently interacted with Maryjane from Renew-it in Randburg. She was exceptionally helpful and went far beyond her call of duty by assisting me with follow-up queries and a warranty repair. She was friendly, understanding and efficient. I would certainly recommend her services! There was an issue with the authorization of one part on my repair, which resulted in that part not being included. I waited 8 months for the part, to be told that that part was not autorized, which Renew-It should have informed me of. However i understand that that was out of Maryjane’s control, and she still assisted me to the best of her ability
