Time it takes to repair a vehicle

<p>My son had an accident in May and I decided to give the business to "Renew It" to repair. Reasons being I was also there in October last year and the vehicle was ready after 2 weeks since commencing with repairs. This time I get all sorts of excuses ranging from waiting for parts to a Chassis that had bended. Thus the car is now stuck at Panelbeating and cannot reach the Spray Paint section. Strange, this was never mentioned before. All I was asking them is to supply me with date of completion, but they don't care or bother. Can it be that difficult to plan your workload? It seems as soon as they hook your business (first time) they do not care thereafter as they most probably feel they have secured it. Best is to visit their Facebook and judge for yourself. My opinion, they take on too much work for too little staff, shame poor old staff and for Management, disgusting.</p>
