They never feedback

Last week I logged a complain about Renew it Randburg, because they are taking forever to fix my car and no feedback from the company as to what's causing the delay. I got a call from one of their service agent who basically said nothing accept to apologize and she promised that one of their service manager will look into it and get back to me. Still waiting for that call, a gentlemen by the name of Roby who was initially responsible promised to organize me a courtesy car which was suppose to be delivered this past Monday. I called in again on Monday only to find that he has left the company. Still no word from Renew it, called in again I was told Paul who is one of their service manager will get back to, still waiting on Paul. I promised I will get my car on Friday the 12-02-16 still no feedback from the company. I've exhausted all means of trying to get feedback from Renew. My advice to people if you get involve in an accident and your insurer say the will send your car to Renew it, ask them to find you another service provider because you will regret it if you don't. What a pathetic service from Renew it. I don't think I'll ever refer anyone to that penalbeater.
