They indicated the car would require a panel beating repair that would take 10 days- my car was returned 1.5 months later with panels ‘falling off the bone’, instead of a panel beating repair- a entire door replacement and to top it off electronic failure- my message cluster was a Christmas tree of lights on receiving the car back. I had to fight for myself and get my insurer involved for Renewit Randburg to get the vehicle back to a condition it was received by them in. The vehicle went back to fix the electrical faults from the door fitment and unsecured panels. Honestly- my vehicle cannot go back there on another occasion. Workmanship is p*** poor and the RMI should look into quality control here. Despite the above, my service liaison Mbali did well to keep me calm and informed of where my car was in the process. She called me back when I couldn’t reach Renewit and she followed up with the repair team on all the faults. Well done Mbali
