They do not care

I booked in my car at renew it (approved by my insurance), i was told my car would take a week to fix. its now been two weeks and whenever i call i get told numerous stories or get transfered to lines that never get answered. yesterday i went there to check on my car, i get told its ready and GUESS what? they were supposed to install a new mirror, and i find my car with an old mirror which has grey parts added to it ( mind u my car is black), they were supposed to fix the noise on my left lower arm control, that was not done, they were supposed to remove spot lights and close off the spaces, they cut the bumper, took out the lights and left two open holes!!!!<br> What kind of service are these people giving? and it seems like no one has a clue as to what is going on as we had to wait for over an hour to be shown our messed up car.I have had it with this place and will make sure none of the people i know ever set foot there. even a s**** yard or bush mechanic would have done a way better job.
