The most appauling disgusting service ever

Since the beginning of the year the 8th of January Renew It Randburg have had the parts to repair my car. Over the last 2 months I must have made around a hundred calls to try and find out when my vehicle would be repaired. I spoke to Justine who told me I need to speak to Kieren. The only person ever that phone me back. But a couple weeks later I had still not heard back from her. I had found out shed left the company and I need to speak to Veronique. I left 3 messages for her over a 3 day period and not once of them returned. When I eventually did get a hold of me she said this is Justines problem. Justine is on leave now and now she has to deal with Justines mess. What kind of thing is that to say to a customer. Eventually Justine returned and Veronique then told me I need to speak to Justine. When I spoke to Justine she told me I need to speak to Naomi. When I spoke to Naomi she told me I need to come in so they can get a colour code on my car which I did. After that she told me it would take about three days and I could then bring my car in to get repaired. When I hadn't heard back from her after a week and a half I called yet again. And still no reply.
