The driver was supposed to collect me at avis sandton but was sent to the incorrect avis

The driver was supposed to collect me at avis sandton but was sent to the incorrect avis. I waited nearly two hours but spoke to Felicia (aka linda) who kept in contact all the time. Although the renew it offices close at 5, Felicia and Ilhaam waited patiently for me to finally arrive around 6 to hand me my keys... they were friendly and polite although it was a Friday and everyone wanted to get home. The driver who was finally sent to fetch me was also friendly and polite and also worked longer hours to fetch me. They were a fabulous team and did a superb job on my repairs.
