I am super glad to have my car back. It took a while to be fixed, but I am happy with their quality of repair, she now runs smoother than before. In future though, conduct a thorough checklist of what is needed to fix the vehicle from step 1 to 5 and what exactly needs to be ordered to complete the job and avoid delays.
Jacqueline Senna, the Customer Service Adviser was incredible, constantly gave me updates and went out of her way to assist me, even answered to my WhatsApp messages while she was on leave. Thank you Jacque, you were fantastic and you made it easy for me.
