Oh my gosh - I just had a flashback of the AMAZING service I received from Jackie (Jacqueline) from Renew-it in Randburg. My goodness, I was going through the worst time of my life after fetting into an accident and THIS lady would go out of her to help me, make me laugh and somehow put a smile on my face every time she spoke to me. God forbid but, if I ever have problems with my car, I would definitely want to deal with Jackie again - she made life bearable. Please keep it up - you are so professional and extremely good at what you do :-)
