Terrible service

We have used RENEW -It in the past and have been extremely happy with the service , however this time has been TERRIBLE ! When I took my car in to be assessed it was advised that it wasn't a major job , great , I took my car in on Tuesday 2nd February so they could start repairs on the Wed , i also received my hired vehicle, I don't like driving hired cars as it is as there as so many terms and conditions , but I thought suck it up for a week , I have been the one constantly phoning , the person I should be speaking to is either busy with a client or not in , I finally 'lost it' on Tues and someone called me back , I was told ...... As luck would have it as I was parking the hired car at work today I was straighting my car and a lady carried on driving , not my fault but I now need to pay an excess on the hired car of R3120 plus my excess on my car of R3500 had I had my car this would not have happened! I have received TERRIBLE service from RENEW-It this time around I have just phoned and they say my car should be ready on Tues aft but I must phone on Tues , 16 Feb to check , I really feel I should be compensated in some way on one of the excesses in view of the time it has taken !
