Terrible service

I have had a terrible experience with this service provider. Their communication has been very poor and my car has been with them for over three months now. I have received vague updates from their agents and when I visited their premises, they assured me that my car would be ready soon. However, as of today, my car is still with them. It's been almost three months since I left it with them, and it's now the end of April. I'm not sure why insurance companies use them, but I will never use their services again.
