Swapped head-lights

I have experienced the worst service here, my car was involved in a minor accident in October 2019, then I took it there for repair. 4 weeks later, they called me to come and fetch the car. When I got there, they showed me the car and I noticed that the headlights have been swapped and the car was using old/damaged lights. I asked them and they said it must have been a mistake and they were going change the lights, they said they will order the lights and call me when they received them. I waited for 2 weeks and on the third week I went there to check if they received the lights, when I got there I was told they have not received them, thereafter I went every week to check if they received them and they kept on saying they hadn't, I also called and I would be told that the person who was working on the issue was not available or they were on another call. After 6 months of getting no help I eventually decided to just leave it. The worst part was that the lights they put on the car were getting filled with water when it rained and there was no need to replace the headlights as only the rear-part of the car was damaged during the accident. The person who was looking in to the issue was a lady called Jackie, she is the one who said they were going to order the lights and it never happened.
