Superglue on part not a replacement part

It is with great sadness that I have to inform you of the poor service that I received on the repair of my car at Renew IT (Randburg).

To date my car still has not been repaired (long story short) and I am struggling to get around.

On the day I received my car (Thursday 24th March 2022) the wheels and steering wheel were not aligned, I took it back and this was fixed then fixed (how did it pass the quality inspection?).

On Saturday morning (26th of March 2022) after having received my car back the key would not come out of the ignition, I contacted my consultant who said that she could not assist me till Monday.

On Monday she organized for a driver to come to my place who canceled on me (he told me to try and wiggle the key out of the ignition which did not work obviously) and then only on Tuesday the 29th of March the locksmith came by it was noted that the damaged part was not replaced but rather glued together! The glue then gave and that is why the key no longer comes out of the ignition (ignition house/ casing).

If my insurer (iWyze insurance) paid for a replacement part, that was not in good faith.

I am very disappointed in the service I received, 2 months later and my car is still not fixed.
