Stay away from using Renew -It. (there are more reliable options)

by far the worst body repairer in South Africa. please do not even bother with them, the worst service ever, the most ******** of service staff all the way to the GM of the Branch. the head office is not even helpful at all. i know this because. in Feb o this year my Merc went in for repairs, was there for 3 weeks for minor repairs. throughout the 3 weeks i called them about 15 times just to get feedback, the only care about the money an not client. no one called me even once to give me update on my car, ot even after i left messages after messages asking to be called back. the Service Managers, Lana and Eddie would read my emails but not bother to reply at all. eventually i get my car back after fights and physically going to the branch and demanding my car back. then eventually i realize that the work on my car was not done well at all, the color of the paint started going dull with no shine at all. i brought this to their attention in Feb, it took them till 6 MONTHS to take my car in. this is after i has made about 20 calls to them, sent emails to the Lana and Eddie who did not bother to reply to me at all. even worse i called the head office numerous times and sent them emails but hey could not do anything about the issue either as it went on for 6 months. eventually i get a call from Lana on the 29th August 2018 after another complaint from me to the head office, she told me i need to bring in my car on that day or else i will go another long time without it being fixed, she was arrogant and dismissive of my inconveniences. i got there at 5pm and spotted eddie sitting in is office on his cellphone scrawling through social media. i was there for about 30m and the whole time that's all he was doing, no care in the world, i understood why he never acknowledged any of my mails directed to him, he is very busy. to make it worse, they gave me a car to drive in the meantime but the car was empty on petrol, i couldn't even reach my place of residence directly from their workshop. the car reeked of Petrol spill, i believe this happened while the were draining the car of the gas that was in the tank prior to me picking it up. it two days later and i cant even drive in the car.

you actually have every right to request your insurance to use another repairing company the next time you get into an accident. here is a list to help you.
