Good day. may i have an update on my vehicle please. i have made 3 calls to the branch today asking for feedback and each time i am told to leave a message and someone will call me back and no one does. i have called your head also today asking for feedback, no help.

FYI i need a vehicle to do my work, which i have not been able to since last week when i dropped off my car, i spend 80% of my day in a car driving. the car you loaned me is not drivable, it smells of petrol even today still, i did mention this to you guys. i spoke to Vinolia on Friday, asked her to advice where exactly the petrol spill happened so i can have it taken care off, i did not get that information. now i have to go rent car that can be driven around comfortably an my expense. i am not sure if your company comprehends how much inconvenience you bring onto a s person's everyday life.

i need to know when my car will be ready so i can make better arrangements since you have failed me.
