Stay away

I was in an accident about two weeks ago, and was called yesterday to come and collect my car.<br> <br> At first glace I was happy until closer inspection I noticed that the paint job on my spoiler was not to standard, and that there was still several scratches on the front spoiler (the Mercedes badge). I also had an issue with one panel that was fitted poorly which would definitely caused my brand new car to rattle. Another rather concerning thing was on the original assessors assessment said that they were supposed to replace my right headlight, which they did not do. (I pointed this out, and their response was that they passed the savings on to the insurance company. I hope they didn't pass any other savings on...)<br> <br> They agreed to fix the panel and poor paint job, however only time will tell as nobody knows anything about my car at renewit, this on the day I am suppose to collect meaning I cannot confirm to my colleague whether he must take me there to collect my car or not. If I knew this, I would definitely asked my ensurer to take my car to a different workshop.
