Special Thanks to Lana Adams
My car was involved in two accidents in 2016 whereby it was repaired by Renew IT Randburg. Everything was done perfectly thanks to their effectiveness and the great customer care by a lady called Lana Adams, who went beyond the call of duty to ensure that my vehicle was repaired on time, feedback was given to my wife and I regularly regarding the progress of our repairs. Lana is very friendly, honest and kind and she deserves a raise in her salary because her customer services skills are excellent. Thank you Lana Adams and the Renew IT team for doing an excellent job on my Mercedes Benz.
