Some feedback

My car was in an accident and it took a while to get the approval from insurance. But after that, I found I could always call Rodney (most times the landline was just busy), and he would give me an answer about the status of the car. The one day he did not get back to me before they closed, but he still messaged me after hours as he had promised me feedback. Its nice to have someone who is dependable. There were small issues with the car but Renew It did fix them. Whenever I raised something it was dealt with which is very good.
