Smug condescending attitude

I called Renew-it Randburg to inquire about the status of my vehicle which went for repairs 6 weeks ago, the receptionist who answered my call responded to me in a Smug and very condescending manner making me feel stupid for inquiring about my car forgetting that I am directly and indirectly contributing towards her salary by having my repaired by their company. I honestly don't understand why such a reputable company would have a dragon working at their front office.
