Shocking, slow service

Absolutely shocking service. Car was in a bumper bashing and handed in. It took ages for any response on email/phone calls and to do an inspection on the car and send through a quote. Offered a curtesy car as apologies and waited nearly an hour in reception for a car to be brought around.
