Shocking Service from Panelbeaters

About three months ago my wife was involved in an accident. Our vehicle was referred to Renew-It Panel beaters Randburg. I informed the panel beater that we had a previous experience with issues when it came to service. I was assured this will not happen. Since then three months have passed, with our vehicle being sent back constantly for items not completed or received in less than acceptable standard. Since the last time our vehicle was collected by the panel beater 3 weeks have now passed with not so much as a phone call with a status update. The last time our vehicle was collected as it was delivered with a burned out clutch. The vehicle was in exceptional condition prior to the accident. The list of issues and substandard work implemented by this panel beater is simply shocking. They do however take back the vehicle each time that simply does not help, will this end? Since it has been three weeks I wonder what is going on. On Top of this not even my insurance company is following up.

Only a few of the issue in the beginning. The entire list is way too long. • The reversing camera was not replaced (missing in total, as it was fitted prior to the vehicle been taken to panel beater) • A rubber on the vehicle is damaged • Both rear doors does not align and seal • Boot trim not fitted properly • Driver seat head rest is loose • Aircon making a noise • Honda badge on towbar replaced with a different badge • The vehicle is pulling to one side • Spay work not up to standard.
