SHOCKING SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT RENIEW-IT RANDBURG

It is with sadness that I have to report on the shocking level of customer service delivered by Reniew-It panel beaters in Randburg, Johannesburg. I received my motor vehicle back from Reniew-It in Randburg on 19 December 2014. It was with the company for a full month and a half. Every time I phoned and spoke to the relationship contact that was assigned to me, Lana, I was told that Reniew-It is waiting for parts and will then start working on the vehicle once they receive the parts. This communication was the single line of communication for more than a month and a week, and eventually my vehicle was provided. Every time I enquired about a courtesy vehicle, none was available. When I received my vehicle, I drove it back to my home and noticed it is steering to the left. I took it back to Reniew it on 2 February 2015 and it has been with Reniew-It ever since. They are still ordering parts, with no concern that I have been without a vehicle for 2 weeks. What I cannot understand is how a panel beating company, approved by Mercedez-Benz, can provide a customer with his/her vehicle back when it is not road worthy. This is a safety issue!!! They just dont care. Shocking!!!!
