Shocking Experience

Renew-It has had my car for well over a month. In the beginning, I got regular updates and was impressed and happy. Then I was promised my car. I didn’t get it. Six times in a week and a half I was promised would get my car back and it didn’t happen. Staff at Renew-It became unavailable, wouldn’t answer calls, wouldn’t call back. Their call-back service doesn’t work at all. Nobody ever calls back. When you do manage to get hold of them you are spewed more lies. Eventually, I had to return the rental car and was promised a courtesy car. This car did not arrive. It has still not arrived. And I have been told that they cannot find the fault with my car. Nobody tells you the truth, they lie to placate you, and are then unavailable when you do call. Staff guarantee they call and do not call and sometimes just aren’t at work, so they knew they were not going to call. This is beyond disgusting service.
