Shocking Customer Experiance!!!

Very Disappointed with the company on how they do their work on our cars as clients to them, its been almost 2 years now dealing with them and their shocking service.at first my was car lost and no one knew were my car was when I went to collect only to find that it was moved from one branch to the other, it was there for the whole month and no communication was done, when my car was found few parts were missing and they had to replace because a proper inspection was not done when the car was brought to them, secondly instead of replacing an original tow bar in my car because the car was involved in an accident they bought a cheap one and only after i complained about the tow bar they had to remove it and pay me for the original one and now i am sitting with a cracked bumper and my rear spoiler is pulling out, my rubber mats are missing and my right mirror cover has paint for such a big company this is shocking. dealing with Lana their consultant has been a complete nightmare she really needs more training on how to deal with customer.
