The first person dealing with our car was completely *********** and had no care at all about giving us service. After numerous times of trying to get feed back on the progress of our car, Lana Adams took over the account and within a matter of a week there was a lot of communication and difference with regards to the matter. Not only that her attitude towards us expressing frustration, exhausted as she looked, she was very patient and efficient with the understanding that the client is always right. Basically this has been the best service in a long time from someone who this account was handed over in a week.
