Ridiculous

<div>Firstly their customer service is atrocious! They never answer their phones and if you are lucky to get in touch with them, you are sent from pillar to post and the phone just rings forever. They have had my vehicle for almost a month now and I was called to take the option of fetching my car with a half job done as they are still waiting for a part which is on back order. I was told to bring the car in but now I must fetch it with a half job done only to return it again when they have the part?! Talk about inconvenience. There is a whole assessor report that states what is needed for this car which was done last year, why in the h** would they ask me to bring the car in if they do not already have the parts ready. Please DO NOT bring your car here.</div>
