Don't deserve a star at all. Took my car in on the 31 of Jan. Got it in April, there was a courtesy vehicle in the air that I never got. Eventually had to fight to get things moving.

Tried to call the person responsible *daily* only to find them on another call daily.Asked them to call back but twas too much for them or I didn't matter that much.

When I finally asked to collect my car in a week's time regardless of the condition they released my car. Window fitment sent it back to the workshop,my CD was ******,sunshield disappeared, unknown brand used for my tyre.
