Renewed lack of trust.

The customer service is very lacking. I was told my vehicle would be ready for collection yesterday, then late I was told one of my rims is not yet back from repairs and that I should expect a call today. It’s past midday and I have received no feedback. I find it highly disturbing that clients are expected to put their entire lives on hold and when it’s time to collect our vehicles there’s a sudden rush to have our vehicles collected. This is not a way to conduct business. The agents assigned to my vehicle have demonstrated a complete lack of awareness regarding the course of vehicle repair and don’t even have the foggiest when it comes to timelines. I would not recommend using this particular branch at all.
